About the Role
1. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements along with documentation from initiation to deployment and formats
2. Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs
3. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
4. Understanding the existing applications and actively working with the enhancements based on client requirement
5. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions, gap analysis
6. Prepare technical reports and documents by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8. Conduct and coordinate product, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
9. Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
10. Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports
11. Worked in legacy modernization
12. Self-driven, deadline oriented work ethic
Requirements
1. Knowledge on Agile/scrum environment, Insurance domain knowledge, worked closely with business at onsite and from offshore in gathering/clarifying business requirements (value added)
2. Knowledge in development of Process Flow Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Sequence Diagram using UML methodology using MS Visio (Value added)
3. Manages triage and resolution of test results, including SIT and UAT- Coordinates design and execution of Performance Testing
